BHEKINKHOSI: Nonhlanhla Dlamini, the Executive Director of the Swaziland Action Group Against Abuse (SWAGAA) says women need better strategies to win against men when vying for leadership positions.
Speaking at Bhekinkhosi area during the celebration of the International Women's day on Wednesday, the SWAGAA Director said women don't need to split votes and compete against each other since that weakens their powers against men who are vying for the same positions.
"If we have six chiefdoms, women must make sure they have only one female candidate so that we can be able to beat men in this game, women should not always take position of Secretary General in committees but should go for other positions that will challenge them to bigger leadership positions”,said the SWAGAA Executive Director.
