MBABANE: Harries Madze Bulunga, the Minister of Youth Affairs on Monday launched a partnership between the Youth Fund and the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology.

According to an online statement issued by the Eswatini Government, the partnership is aimed at capacitating the University's entrepreneurship students to prepare finance ready business proposals to then be able to access funding from the Youth Fund.

We  remain committed to making the Youth Fund sustainable,  effective and adequately responsive to the needs of our young people,”said the Minister of Youth Affairs.

Reached for comments, Philile Mavuso, the Deputy President of the Swaziland National Union of Students(SNUS) said as  students they were concerned that everything that was associated with this Government was bound to fail.

"We believe Limkokwing will make this partnership a success since they offer practical courses and their graduates will surely need the funding so they can become successful entrepreneurs and contribute more into the economy.  But we are worried that these taxes will be ploughed back to the royal family,”she said.
