MBEKELWENI: Prince Sicalo’s home at Mbekelweni was in the early hours on Sunday morning petrol bombed by the Swaziland International Solidarity Forces(SISF) as the political tension continue to escalate in this tiny Kingdom of eSwatini.
The bombing of Prince Sicalo’s home, a first born to King Mswati was confirmed by the Commander of the Solidarity Forces when speaking to this Swaziland News.
“Like we said in our statement that we are now intensifying. Following the insulting statement by the Prime Minister, the directive we got from the highest Command as indicated in our statement, was that we must intensify our attack. We we have now reached the stage which we termed ‘the final push’. We will be attacking all assets of the enemy,” said the Commander of the Solidarity Forces.
The attack on the Prince’s home has exposed a weakness in the country’s State security, Prince Sicalo is the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Defense and Security.
Both the Police Spokesperson Superintendent Phindile Vilakati and the Army Public Relations Officer(PRO) Lieutenant Tengetile Khumalo were contacted, however, they had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
