MATSAPHA: Frank Dlamini, a representative of workers at ForHim Security company contracted by the University of Eswatini(UNESWA) has appealed for help after their employer delayed payment of their salaries.

Speaking to this Swaziland News on Thursday, Dlamini said they opted to approach this publication and voice out their frustration after the continued delay of their salaries.

“As we speak, we are without food and money for rent. We appeal for help from anyone who might help us solve this problem because we don’t know what to do now”, he said.

Efforts to reach University of Eswatini(UNESWA) Registrar Salebona Simelane for a comment proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.

Reached for comments, ForHim Director Lucky Ngubane confirmed that the employees had not received their salaries after the University delayed payment.

“The University has been delaying to make payments and sometimes I ended-up using my own money. I think the problem is the Government financial challenges because the University rely on Government. But they promised me that by end of business today(Friday), they will pay and the employees will definitely receive their salaries,”said the ForHim Security Director.
