MBABANE:Lieutenant Tengetile Khumalo, the Spokesperson of the Umbutfo Eswatini Defense Force(UEDF) said she would wait for a report from the Officer-in Charge before responding to questions regarding the alleged abduction of Colani Maseko, the President of the Swaziland National Union of Students(SNUS).

This comes after King Mswati’s soldiers abducted the Students President who was part of a protest at the University of Eswatini(UNESWA),Maseko was later admitted at Mkhiwa Clinic in a critical condition after being dumped by the soldiers at Matsapha Police Station.

“Your questionnaire is highly appreciated.Unfortunately for now my  Office is not in a position to respond to your questionnaire, owing to the fact that the Operations Officer in charge has not given an account to the Office of the UEDF Public Affairs  on the day's detailed report. It would therefore, be folly on my part to respond  before reports on the operation have been made”,said the Army Spokesperson.
