MBABANE:King Mswati, an absolute Monarch, has appointed Reverend Sipho Tembe as the Deputy Chairperson of the Elections and Boundaries Commission(EBC).
The Election Commission is responsible for monitoring elections in the country, all members of the EBC are appointed and accountable to Mswati.
The appointment of Reverend Tembe was announced by Justice Minister Pholile-Dlamini Shakantu on behalf of Mswati on Wednesday, the Minister further announced the appointment of Rejoice Ncamsile Ndzinisa as a member of the Commission.
