ESWATINI UNREST: Armed Ground Forces attack, grab gun from Chief GasaWaNgwane’s Indvuna.

SIGWE: Members of the Ground Forces invaded the home of Chief GasaWaNgwane’s Indvuna identified as Ndzinisa at Sigwe on Thursday evening and forcefully grabbed a gun with ten(10) bullets.

Reached for comments, the newly appointed female Commander of the Ground forces confirmed invading the home of the Indvuna on Thursday evening adding that they managed to grab the gun.

“As you can see in the pictures, the gun has ten(10) bullets,we will make sure that each bullet has an owner. We went to there to look for a man who is on our wanted list and we found the father and decided to grab the gun,” said the Commander whose name cannot be revealed for ethical reasons.

Efforts to reach Chief GasaWaNgwane’s Indvuna proved unsuccessfully at the time of compiling this report.

Superintendent Phindile Vilakati, the Police Spokesperson declined to comment when reached by this Swaziland News.

On another note, the female Commander of the Ground Forces said they will use the bullets wisely in their operations. 

The attacks on traditional leaders, members of the security forces intensified after Mswati unleashed soldiers and the police to shoot and kill dozens of civilians merely for demanding democratic reforms.
