Minister Prince Simelane appoints Assistant AG Mbuso Simelane member of the Building Appeals tribunal.

MBABANE: Housing Minister Prince Simelane has appointed lawyer Mbuso Simelane as a member of the Building Appeals Tribunal.

Mbuso Simelane is the Assistant Attorney General(AG), he works directly with AG Sifiso Khumalo, the Principal Government Legal Advisor.

The Building Appeals Tribunal according to Government,hears appeals and disputes in cases where doubt, disagreement or dissatisfaction arises around aspects of a building project. 

“The Ministry believes that you are fit and qualified to serve in this committee and we believe that you will be meticulous and committed to the work.We are confident that you will serve emaSwati diligently and you will advise us accordingly regarding all the matters that you will be dealing with. We believe in you and wish you the best of luck as you go about your duties,” said the Minister on Thursday, as quoted by Government online platforms.

Other members of the committee include Ray Dlamini (Chairman), Sipho Shongwe,Bongani Mabilisa, Kholiwe Shongwe, Mkhululi Mamba and Michael Jele (Secretary).
