Shots fired at Mahwalala as police dispersed Communist Party’s sunset rally.

MAHWALALA:Mswati’s police fired shots on Saturday to disperse a sunset rally organised by the Communist Party of Swaziland(CPS). 

Speaking to this Swaziland News,Pius Vilakati, the CPS Spokesperson confirmed the matter. 

Yes the shooting happened,but they were able to fight off the police and managed to elude them.For now they are trying to regroup, But we hear that the police are regrouping on their side",said the CPS Spokesperson. 

Phindile Vilakati, the eSwatini Police Spokesperson had not responded to our questions at the time of compiling this report. 

King Mswati continues to unleash his armed forces on unarmed civilians who are demanding for democratic reforms.
