MBABANE: Mancoba Mabuza, the Mbabane Swallows Communications and Marketing Manager has resigned.
Mabuza confirmed the resignation through a press statement sent to this Swaziland News on Saturday afternoon.
“Towards the end of the previous football season (2021/2022) I requested the Mbabane Swallows Football Club leadership to allow me to step down as Communications & Marketing Manager at the end of the season. Pursuant to this request, I informed the Club President, Bishop Bheki Lukhele, during our end-of- season meeting, in the presence of Club elders and management.I went a step further to inform my colleagues in the Marketing department as well as the Head of the National Supporters Committee (NSC), Mboni Dludlu, about my decision.Today I forwarded my formal (written) resignation to the office of the Club President. I have decided it is time for me to step down, primarily because of two reasons:Career commitments that demand lots of my time and attention
I believe 3 years have been enough for me to make my own humble contribution to the Marketing department, and that when we bring new individuals into such roles we allow for new ideas and innovation that will enhance the Swallows brand, especially because we serve on a voluntary part-time basis,”reads the statement in part.
Resigned Mbabane Swallows Communications Manager.
