MBABANE: At least eight(8)Mhlume sugar-cane cutters died in a fatal bus accident on Monday morning,Sifiso Nyembe, the Public Affairs Manager of the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation(RESC) has confirmed.
“Eight people died and the others survived with minor injuries, meaning they were treated and discharged.I have seen some reports suggesting that others are critical, no one is critical,” said the Corporate Affairs Manager of the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation when speaking to Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini.
Efforts to reach the Management of the sugar-cane cutting company proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.
