SHISELWENI: Engineers in Action in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Planning and Development officially opened Sibonelo Footbridge in the Shiselweni Region on Friday.
According to Government online report, the project was implemented through Micro Projects and undertaken in collaboration with Engineers in Action, an American NGO.
“Through this partnership, Government has built 15 footbridges in the country since 2017. Sibonelo Footbridge is the 100th bridge built under Engineers in Action globally. Along with the nearby kaZenzele footbridge, this project will serve over 7 000 residents of Mtsambama Inkhundla,” reads the report on part.
