NKWENE:Sikhumbuzo Dlamini, the former vibrant Nkwene Member of Parliament (MP) has confirmed that the construction of the two room house for the disabled Dlamini family living in a tent has begun, the former MP is the overseer of the project.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on Friday, the former MP who was on the ground said they were done with digging the foundation adding that they were waiting for the arrival of the building material.
“Yes,the construction of the house has begun, we are now done with digging the foundation and we are waiting for the building material,”he said.
Dlamini has donated four loads of sand towards the construction of the house.
The plight of the Nkwene disabled family reached the public domain after this publication published a story exposing how Nkwene Member of Parliament (MP) Vulimpompi Nhleko allegedly visited the family and donated ten Rands (R10.00), an amount that can only buy a loaf of bread in eSwatini.
