The Respondents had initially filed  Notice to Raise Points of Law on the 1st September 2022, but has since answered on the merits. With the  outmost of respect kindly enquire from Her Ladyship M. Dlamini J the requisite timelines for the parties to file their respective heads of arguments, thereafter when it would be suitable for the matter to be heard and liaise with us thereto ” reads a letter from lawyer.

Reached for comments, Ben J. Simelane, the lawyer representing the pro-democracy MPs confirmed writing a letter to the Registrar of the High Court.

Efforts to reach the Acting High Court Registrar proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.
