MBABANE:Inkhosikati LaNtenteza’s brother Mzwandile Dlamini has been appointed Board Chairperson of the Coalition, Mediation and Arbitration Commission(CMAC).
The Commission was established through Section 62 of the Industrial Relations Act 2000 as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, with its primary mandate being to provide for the speedy, cost effective, efficient and accessible resolution of disputes in the labour market.
The newly appointed royalty connected Board CMAC Board Chairperson is working for the Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority(ESWACAA) as Human Capital Manager.
The Board was announced Phila Buthelezi, the Minister of Labour and Social Security this week, who urged it to prioritise the parastatal's financial sustainability through finding alternative sources of income to complement Government subventions.
Other members of the Board include Penelope Mkhwanazi, Thulisile Dladla, Wonder Mkhonza, Phendulile Zikalala, Tholi Vilakati,Armstrong Dlamini, Nokwazi Mhlanga-Mathabela, Canaan Dlamini and Lomkhosi Magagula (Secretary).
