ARMY SPOKESPERSON TENGETILE KHUMALO: We don’t have a report of MTN employee shooting.

MBABANE: Lieutenant Tengetile Khumalo, the Spokesperson of the Umbutfo Eswatini Defense Force(UEDF) says her office has not yet received a report regarding the alleged shooting of MTN employee Kayise Qwabe.

Responding to a questionnaire from Swaziland News editor Zweli Martin Dlamini on Monday,the Army Spokesperson said they would have to wait for the report so that they could respond from an informed angle.

“Unfortunately, my office has no documentation nor has lt been furnished with any operational report  to this effect.That being said, the Office of the Umbutfo Eswatini Defence Force Public Affairs,would be better positioned to respond from an enlightening angle,”said the Army Spokesperson.

Kayise Qwabe, an MTN employee was shot by Mswati’s soldiers on Friday evening for travelling at night, the soldiers had staged a roadblock next to Mountain View in Mbabane.
