MBELEBELENI: The home of Chief Justice(CJ) Bheki Maphalala situated at Mbelebeleni was, in the early hours on Tuesday, burnt by members of the Swaziland International Solidarity Forces(SISF).
The CJ, who is manipulating the law to target political activists including the incarcerated of pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs) Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube is now wanted dead by the Solidarity Forces.
Reached for comments, the Commander of the Solidarity Forces confirmed the burning of the CJ’s home adding that Maphalala was wanted dead of alive.
“Maphalala must know that he is wanted dead or alive for ‘weaponizing’ the justice system against pro-democracy activists. Having said that, Mswati must know that the attack on Maphalala is part of our path to him, we want him and we will get him, it’s just a matter of time,” said the Commander of the Solidarity Forces.
A questionnaire was sent to Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala, however, he had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala allegedly manipulated the law to target political activists,he is currently playing a role in ensuring that pro-democracy MPs who are facing politically motivated terrorism charges remain behind bars.
On another note, the Commander of the Solidarity Forces said they will target all judicial officers particularly Judges and Magistrates who are manipulating the law to persecute political activists.
The Commander further confirmed an operation at Finance Minister Neal Rijikernberg’s company, Montigny Investments.
“Our forces are on the ground in the four(4) regions as speak,we will confirm other operations once we are done,” said the Commander who was interviewed around 1:20am on Tuesday morning.
