MBABANE: “The State cannot stop underground operations, Solidarity Forces have various units that operate collaboratively”.
These were the sentiments of the Commander of the Swaziland International Solidarity Forces(SISF),when assuring the Nation that no arrests would ever stop their operations.
“Without confirming that the reported arrested suspects are indeed members of the forces, we can assure the Nation that there are many well-trained members of the Solidarity Forces. It is for these reasons, operations are continuing despite the reported arrests. In fact, we are yet to commission another aggressive unit that will cripple the operations of the State,” said the Commander of the Solidarity Forces when speaking to this Swaziland News during an interview.
Operations by the Underground Forces continued as the home of Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala was invaded despite reports by the Times and Observer suggesting that the suspects were arrested.
On another note, the Commander said their attack on the Chief Justice in the early hours on Tuesday, suggests that they were very close to King Mswati.
Eswatini is in the mist of a political unrest after King Mswati unleashed soldiers and the police to shoot and kill dozens of civilians merely for, demanding democracy.
