MAHLANYA: Nonhlanhla Dlamini, the Executive Director of the Swaziland Action Group Against Abuse(SWAGAA) was among other top women in eSwatini who graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Administration(MBA).
Dlamini,a former Member of Parliament(MP) graduated together with Correctional Services Commissioner Phindile Lomakhosini Dlamini and Junior Achievement(JA) Director Phetsile Masilela.
The top women in eSwatini leadership graduated with the Copperstone University from Zambia through the eSwatini Institute of Research Management and Development(IRDM)University College,the graduation was held at Mahlanya on Wednesday.
Reached for comments,the SWAGAA Director encouraged other women to work hard and pursue their dreams.
“Todays world needs a crop of educated people.Experience alone no longer applies but needs to be accompanied with relevant qualifications.I would encourage other women to pursue their dreams. I will also take a breather and go for a PhD or another Masters,the earlier you do it the better,when you still have no commitments.Juggling between studies,work and family is not easy but it is possible,”said the SWAGAA Director.
Speaking to this Swaziland News,Dr Oliva Museka,the IRDM University College Director said the students were doing the MBA with Copperstone University from Zambia.
“The aforementioned students were doing the MBA with Copperstone University from Zambia.IRDM is an affiliate of the university so we facilitated the programme on behalf of the students. As an institute we are humbled by the commitment and dedication shown by them,albeit busy schedules they found time to attend classes both virtual and physically,”said the IRDM University College Director.
