MBABANE: Sihle Ndwandwe, the then Secretary General(SG) of the Swaziland Liberation Movement(SWALIMO) Youth League was allegedly evicted from Mduduzi Magawugawu Simelane's house at Fairview, Manzini for opposing the organization’s President.

Speaking to this Swaziland News on Tuesday, the young political activist who is now serving as the President of  the Swazis First Democratic Front(SFDF) Youth League confirmed being evicted from the house.

“We were discussing internal issues about the organization with other comrades and the issue of the leaked audio where Busie and Siphetfo were accusing the President(Magawugawu) of being a dictator came-up as a topic. I then suggested that Magawugawu should do an introspection as to why so many leaders within the organization were accusing him of being a dictator. First it was Brian, Mzwakhe, Mdabula and then Busie and Siphetfo. My view was based on fact that uMnguni must ask himself why so many people were accusing him of being a dictator. I then received a call from his son Victor who informed me that his father was not happy with my comments. I tried to engage Magawugawu, seeking answers as to why I was being evicted but he ignored me,” said the former SWALIMO Youth Leader.

Reached for comments,Thantaza Silolo, the SWALIMO Spokesperson said he was not aware that the former Youth Leader was evicted by their President.

“I am not aware that she was evicted by the President from his house.What I know is that she is now a member of the Swazis First Democratic Front,” said the SWALIMO Spokesperson.

It has been disclosed that the Youth Leader who was critical of Magawugawu’s leadership was kicked out shortly after demonstrating support for the then SWALIMO Chairperson Busie Mayisela and Secretary General Dr Siphetfo Dlamini.

The two political activists accused Magawugawu of being a dictator in a leaked audio.
