SANTOS: Gianni Infantino, the President of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) says they will request every country in the world to rename a stadium in honour of Brazilian soccer legend Pele,News24 has reported.
The FIFA President was speaking to journalists during the soccer legend's funeral at the City of Santos in Brazil on Monday.
"We're going to ask every country in the world to name one of their football stadiums with the name of Pele," said the FIFA President as qouted by News24.
Pele who won the world cup three (3) times died last week Thursday at the age of 82 .
