MBABANE:The Executive Command of the Swaziland International Solidarity Forces(SISF) has pledged to pay costs for Mlandvo Khumalo’s funeral who was killed by King Mswati’s military with the assistance of foreign hitmen.
Khumalo has been described by other fighters as a brave member of the Solidarity Forces who was always on the ground during operations.
“He was very brave such that he would not hesitate to conduct some operations alone if other fighters were busy somewhere. Bekulisotja lela,” said one member of the Solidarity Forces.
On another note, the Spokesperson of the Solidarity Forces said they would pay costs for the funeral but urged other members of the public to support the family including providing moral support.
“We will support with funeral costs and will soon launch other programs in honour of Mlandvo who was one of our brave fighters,we want to maintain his legacy within the underground movement. As the Solidarity Forces, we know this unit has many followers and commands support among the public, we urge citizens to support the family in any way including moral support,” said the Spokesperson of the Solidarity Forces.
