No sane government can officially claim that the teaching profession is saturated,that’s the most stable career.
It is worth mentioning that it’s against the law to employ workers as casuals for a job that is permanent.
As long as we are having sex as adults, producing children, then teachers will always have jobs.
Therefore, we are not expecting Mswati’s Government to play around with our minds saying there are too many teachers in the country, that is not true.
The truth is; schools are facing a shortage of teachers because as adults,we have been producing babies over the years while Government kept on reducing the number of teachers.
It’s a shame that now, we are witnessing a protest, teachers demanding to be employed permanently, we never thought the education crisis has reached this stage.
Government wants to reduce the wage bill by reducing the number of teachers to fund Mswati’s lavish lifestyle.
As parents, we must demand the permanent employment of teachers, otherwise, the children we are producing would be slaves of the rich and powerful due to the lack of quality education.
