DRIEKOPPIES: Mlungisi Makhanya, the President of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) has pleaded with delegates to adopt a resolution that sought to protect civilians and human rights defenders from State killings.
Delivering a report on Friday during the ongoing PUDEMO’s 10th National General Congress held at Driekoppies,South Africa, the PUDEMO President said the regime has demonstrated that when it is about to lose State power,it resorted to violence and killing the people, he accused Mswati’s regime of killing human rights lawyer Thulani Maseko.
As a result, the PUDEMO President urged the delegates to adapt to this reality and adopt a resolution on measures that might be taken to deal with the situation.
