MBABANE:Gcibi Mtsetfwa,the mother to Temvelo Dlamini who allegedly died at Nhlane Royal Residence during the Buganu Ceremony has come-out to defend royalty saying the death was a result of an accident that could have happened to anyone.
A questionnaire was sent to Police Spokesperson Superintendent Phindile Vilakati,however,she had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on Friday, Mtsetfwa warned those spreading what she described as misinformation about the death of her daughter.
“It’s true that she was going to emaganwini but my daughter died as a result of an accident with a truck that was transporting Libutfo,the accident was caused by a pothole.This is what the Station Commander who was there when the accident happened told me.Even the MVA reports are blaming the pothole,”she said.
Mtsetfwa said she was shocked to hear other people confirming the death of her daughter in this publication.
”I appreciate that you eventually called me to get details of what happened,umuntfu longati ngalendzaba abobuta mine Nina walomtfwana njengoba sewungibutile nje,”she said.
This publication reported on Thursday that Temvelo Dlamini was crashed to death by a truck at the Nhlane Buganu Ceremony.
