UNDP Eswatini partners with the media,to connect over 10 000 skilled graduates to local jobs.

MBABANE:The United Nations Development Programme(UNDP)has partnered with the media in a project that seeks to connect ten thousand(10000) graduates to local businesses.

Speaking during a press conference held at the United Nations Residence on Wednesday, Mavie Tfwala,the UNDP Analyst unpacked the Eswatini Youth Empowerment Programme(EYEP)that seeks to empower the youth in securing jobs.

“We are also concerned about all those who have not finished school and those  with poor grades.We have a programme for them such as the artisan skills livelihood development project to help them find work,”he said.

The Eswatini Youth Empowerment Programme(EYEP)is a project that seeks to establish itself as a major pillar in the economic recovery and social transformation in eSwatini.
