MBABANE:Lawyer Sicelo Mngomezulu has advised Deputy Prime Minister(DPM)Themba Masuku to prepare the One hundred and thirty-two thousand Rands (R132,000.00) invoice so that he can pay it within two(2)minutes.

This comes after the DPM told Senators that he knew the person who disrupted the civic voter education,he alleged that “this is the same person who discouraged Imbali from attending the Umhlanga Ceremony”.

Lawyer Sicelo Mngomezulu previously donated a cow to residents of Hosea who boycotted the Umhlanga Ceremony, he was subsequently banned from entering eSwatini by Mswati.

“The DPM must get me unbanned and then present to me the invoice for the scholarship debt,I'll pay it within 2 minutes.I'll do this despite the fact that I've never seen anyone who's ever paid back their scholarship funds. In fact,he has stolen my thunder waNhlane, because this year I will announce the launch of a Scholarship Programme in Swaziland to assist students who have been discarded by this regime by  failing to pay for their scholarships. My Companies are already helping South African students in need,”said the lawyer.

The lawyer said despite the DPM's silly theatrics in Parliament on Wednesday, he would continue helping emaSwati.

“I've said it before I owe my very existence, education and successes to emaSwati, it's never been a secret. The failure to recover all scholarship debts boils down to the legendary incompetence and laziness of the Tinkhundla regime. In 2017,I offered to Thuli Dladla, when I met her in Mozambique alongside Jan Sithole and others, to pay for the scholarship and assist the Attorney which the then Prime Minister had appointed to collect this debt. She promised to assist and nothing came of it.The day the DPM's undemocratic Government is serious about collecting student debt, it must contact me,I'd assist, provided the money will be paid directly to UNESWA to avoid thievery,” said the lawyer.
