LOBAMBA:Enkhanini Indvuna Lusendvo Fakudze,the Ludzidzini Palace Governor has lost a land dispute case against King Mswati’s former Advisor Sandlane Zwane who was recently allocated land at eLangeni by Acting Chief Tsembeni Magongo.
This is contained in leaked electronic files from the Ludzidzini Palace,the files contain issues discussed by the Ludzidzini Council,minutes of meetings prior to the appointment of Chiefs, and other issues deliberated within the institution of the Monarchy.
The documents suggest that on or around 6th December 2022,the Ludzidzini Council met with members of the eNkhanini Royal Kraal who had reported eLangeni Acting Chief and Deputy Army Commander Brigadier Tsembeni Magongo for allocating land to Zwane, the Nkhanini Royal Council claimed jurisdiction over the land allocated to the former King’s Advisor.
The members of Nkhanini Royal Kraal who approached the Ludzidzini Council on behalf of Ludzidzini Governor Lusendvo Fakudze include Josiah Dlamini, Bafana Dlamini, and Timisele Shongwe.

The Ludzidzini Council acts as the highest traditional court in eSwatini; its members are appointed by King Mswati.
After hearing the submissions by the Nkhanini Royal Council, the Ludzidzini Council dismissed the matter and ordered that it must be discussed through the appropriate traditional structures.
"The matter must be first discussed by the two Chiefdoms (iMiphakatsi)before it can even be referred to regional structures,"reads the ruling of the Ludzidzini Council.
