MBABANE: Ncamiso Ngcamaphalala, the former President of the Economic Freedom Fighters(EFF) has appealed to political activists to stop sending him stories written by Zweli Martin Dlamini, the editor of the Swaziland News as he was now ‘works’ for the King.
Ngcamphalala who the ‘first’ to dump the struggle before Mzwakhe Myeni and others, was allegedly employed as a social media agent and a spy for the regime.
At first he denied that he was frequenting Senior Superintendent Clement Sihlongonyane’s office, but senior pro-democracy police officers confirmed to this publication that Ngcamphalala was not an agents of the regime.
The ex-EFF President sent messages to various political activists urging them to stop sending him ‘Zwemart’ articles on Whatsap.
Ngcamphalala later confirmed to one of the activists that his duty was control social media and spread propaganda in favour of the regime.
“I am taken care-off, the system rents me a house, free grocery, I’m just fine. Ungangitjeli ngabo Zwemart tiyingayinga”, said the EFF President when speaking to one of the activists.
Part of the communication between Ngcamphalala and the activists was shared to this Swaziland News.
Ngcamphalala had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
The former political activist was fired by the EFF after attempting to dissolve the National Executive Commitee(NEC), he then joined the Tinkhundla system of governance.
