Senate President’s Bethel Court Hotel Manager stops staff transportation tender, demands more bribe from supplier.

EZULWINI:Kayise Gwebu,the Bethel Court Hotel Human Resources Manager has stopped the payment of Good Wishes Transport, she is demanding more bribe from the supplier Philile Dlamini.

Evidence in our possession suggests that Philile Dlamini, the Director of Good Wishes Transport was awarded a tender to transport staff and the Manager has been demanding two thousand Rands bribe(R2000.00) every-month.

Electronic transfers in our possession reveals that Dlamini has been paying the Manager the said R2000.00 monthly, since July 2022, however, she decided to stop and that was when the Human Resources Manager stopped processing her payment.

“Bethel Court is owing me and the Manager is demanding the bribe upfront. I am not sure if the owner Make Lindiwe Gwebu is aware of this,” said the supplier.

Senate President Lindiwe Gwebu-Dlamini had not responded at the time of compiling this report.

Reached for comments, Kayise Gwebu, the Bethel Court Human Resources Manager asked this journalist to send a message as she was in a noisy place.

“Please send a message, so I can respond. I am in a noisy place and can’t hear you properly,” said the Manager.

But the Manager had not responded at the time of compiling this report.

On another note,the Manager allegedly threatened to terminate the contract if the supplier fails to pay the bribe.
