MBIKWAKHE: Alfred Kunene, the founding member of the Swaziland Democratic Party(SWADEPA) has died.
Kunene was the right-hand man of the late prominent political leader Jan Sithole, his death has been confirmed to this Swaziland News by SWADEPA President Barnes Dlamini.
“There shall be a memorial service at Mbhikwakhe, in his church of God of Prophecy on Saturday.Then a night vigil will be held at his home in Mbhikwakhe, he will be buried on Sunday morning,” said the SWADEPA President who was also speaking on behalf of the family.
