MBABANE: Prime Minister Cleopas Sipho Dlamini met the Republic of Korea Presidential Envoy Kim Byong-joon at the Cabinet offices on Thursday.
According to Government online platforms,Kim is also the Chairperson of the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI).
“Among other issues discussed were matters of mutual cooperation between the two countries and possible future collaboration in areas such as innovation and technology, smart agriculture, climate change mitigation, tourism, energy and skills transfer, among others.The Presidential Envoy further lobbied for Eswatini’s support in their bid to host the 2030 World Expo in the Port City of Busan. The Prime Minister says Eswatini could learn a lot from the Republic of Korea, particularly in terms of smart agriculture and could benefit from some of their industries,” reads the Government online report
