MBABANE: Lucky Dlamini, the Chairperson of the Swaziland United Democratic Front(SUDF) says anyone who defies the collective resolution of the MultiStakeholder Forum(MSF) to boycott the Tinkhundla undemocratic elections is not fighting for democracy.
Speaking at the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) Centre on Friday during the commemoration of Thabani Nkomonye, the SUDF Chairperson said once a coalition organization takes a decision,all members must respect that resolution.
“You can’t be part of the MSF and when the majority of the organizations within MSF resolve to boycott elections, you go against them and do your own thing, that means you don’t understand democracy where the majority rules,” said the SUDF Chairperson.
Dlamini said, no single organization that affiliate under SUDF will ever participate in elections because they understand democracy, and they collectively resolved to boycott the Tinkhundla elections.
