MATSAPHA: Phumelele Dlamini, the former Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Swaziland Investment Promotion Authority(SIPA) has accepted nomination, she is contesting Local Government Elections in the densely populated Matsapha Industrial Town under Ward five(5).
While working at SIPA, Dlamini played a key role in promoting establishment of businesses in Matsapha and other towns in the country, by promoting Foreign Direct Investment(FDIs)thus creating employment for thousands of Swazis.
