MBABANE: King Mswati has appointed ex-Justice Minister Sibusiso Bonginkhosi Shongwe as a member of the Teaching Service Commission(TSC).
This is contained in Legal Notice No. 121 of 2023,the King further appointed Jozane Sifiso Maziya as a member of the TSC,and appointment of other members of the TSC Nkosilenhle Reginald Masuku and Dumsile Sigwane were extended by four(4) years.
Efforts to reach the ex-Justice Minister proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.
Shongwe, the former influential member of the Judicial Service Commission(JSC) was fired as the Justice Minister on around April 2015, amid tension with then Prime Minister Sibusiso Barnabas Dlamini.
The ex-Justice Minister had introduced an Estate Policy that seeks to ensure that widows and orphans in the country were taken care-off.
