Prime Minister has announced the opening of cellphone shops and other small businesses.

MBABANE: Prime Minister Ambrose Mandvulo Dlamini has announced the opening of cellphone and other small businesses as part of the eased lockdown conditions.

Other businesses expected to open include shoe-repair, car washes and laundromats among others. The PM further announced the deferment of water & electricity tariff increases initially scheduled to take effect next month. The electricity tariff increase has been postponed to 2021 while the water tariff increase has been pushed to July 2020.

\"Despite the easing of the partial lockdown, it remains important to fully comply with the #COVID19 regulations. There is still no need for unnecessary travel. We have to remain vigilant & not allow complacency to creep in if we are to continue to save lives\"said the PM
