KAPHUNGA: David Cruizer Ngcamphalala, the Minister of Tinkhundla and Development handed over a Tipper Truck worth over R2.5million to KaPhunga Multipurpose Fund, Government online payments has reported.
“Minister of Tinkhundla Administration and Development David Ngcamphalala hands over a Tipper Truck worth E2.3M, funded through the Regional Development Fund, to kaPhunga Multipurpose Cooperative,” reads a Government online report published on Monday.
