MBABANE: The Supreme Court of eSwatini has ruled that the decision by the Registrar of Companies to deny members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Queer(LGBTQ) the right to register their organization, is null and void.
The judgement delivered on Friday, suggests that members of the LGBTQ will now legally register their organization in eSwatini.
