Top Swazi Zimbabwean based human rights lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa monitoring PUDEMO terrorism case.

MBABANE: Beatrice Mtetwa, the Board Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights arrived in eSwatini this week, to monitor the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) terrorism case that was heard by the Supreme Court.

Mtetwa was at the High Court on Monday for case where Government is appealing a court judgement in favour of PUDEMO.

The judgement declared some provisions of the Supression of Terrorism Act unconstitutional,the Supreme Court reserved the judgement.
