MBABANE: David Cruizer Ngcamphalala, the Minister of Tinkhundla and Development allegedly grabbed four(4) tractors for his own Constituency ahead of elections.
The tractors funded through the Regional Development Fund(RDF) under Ngcamphalala’s Ministry, were handed over to Sigwe residents by Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Themba Masuku on Thursday morning.
“The Deputy Prime Minister Themba Nhlanganiso Masuku has handed over four tractors and trailers worth E2.6 million by the Regional Development Fund under the Ministry of Tinkhundla Administration and Development at Sigwe Inkhundla.Four youth organisations were recipients.The DPM further applauded the constituency youth for being exemplary and not be part of those who were damaging infrastructure and properties,” reads a Government online report.
