SITHOBELWENI: Prince Sicalo of Sicalo Foundation,donated food parcels to over three-thousand(3000) Sithobelweni residents on Sunday.
The Prince was welcomed by jubilant residents, he was accompanied by, among others, Tinkhundla and Development Minister David Cruizer Ngcamphalala.
