One of the alleged corrupt culprits who might assist us with identities of those stealing drugs at Mbabane Government Hospital,is former Health Minister Sibongile Ndlela-Simelane.
It should be noted that the health crisis erupted during Ndlela’s term and what happened thereafter, the late Prime Minister Barnabas Dlamini called us as journalists, to a press conference at the Cabinet offices in 2016 just to deliver a questionable investigation report.
In as much as King Mswati’s government seems to be neglecting to purchase drugs, the truth is; some deliveries are stolen by a syndicate with alleged links to Sibongile Ndlela-Simelane.
Indeed, some of the suppliers have accumulated questionable wealth, this must be investigated and the former Health Minister might assist the Nation in this regard.
We must explore all possible means of addressing the health crisis, those who think all the blame or criticism should be directed to Mswati selectively, are misguided, there’s a corrupt syndicate that contributed to the collapse of the health system.
As mentioned, Ndlela-Simelane might assist us in this regard.
