MBABANE:Lawyer Sicelo Mngomezulu, the newly elected Chairperson of the pro-democracy MultiStakeholder Forum (MSF) says, working collectively with the Executive Committee, they will maintain the legacy of his predecessor lawyer Thulani Maseko.
Speaking to this Swaziland News on Friday evening, Mngomezulu, the lawyer representing incarcerated pro-democracy MPs Members of Parliament (MPs) Mduduzi Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube said, the immediate task of the MSF was to strengthen the organization’s lobbying capacity, both locally and internationally.
The MSF Chairperson said, they will also make follow-up on commitments made by King Mswati and his Government to Southern African Development Community(SADC) and to the Nation.
“We will thus build of the good work of Comrade Thulani Rudolf Maseko as we strive for a Swaziland free of impunity and political persecution and intolerance. Our immediate task is, amongst others, to strengthen the MSF's lobbying capacity, both locally and internationally, and follow through on commitments made by the King and his Government to the SADC and to the nation, that there will be a national political dialogue,” said the newly elected Chairperson of the MultiStakeholder Forum (MSF).
