Judge Zonke Magagula has ordered the Elections Commission to allow ex-Senator Mkhululi Dlamini, to participate in the ongoing elections under Siphofaneni Inkhundla.
The former Senator challenged the EBC after being disqualified on the basis that, he was not the resident of Maphilingo community.
But Judge Magagula has found that Dlamini "is legally eligible to stand for elections in that Constituency," he successfully convinced the court that he arrived at Maphilingo in July 2022.
