LUANDA: Lady Howard-Mabuza, the Minister of Education and Training was among members of King Mswati’s delegation during the recently held Southern Africa Development Community(SADC) Summit held in Luanda-Angola last week.
Others include Mbongeni Simelane(King’s Private Secretary), Commerce Minister Mancoba Khumalo and Thulisile Dladla, the Minister Foreign Affairs.
