MBABANE: Siphiwo Masuku, the Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court of eSwatini allegedly abused her judicial powers, to snatch Mduduzi Nyoni, the Director of Engene Filling Station from his wife Zethu Nhleko.

An independent investigation conducted by this Swaziland News uncovered that, the Supreme Court Deputy Registrar first met the owner of Sidvwashini and Woodlands Engene Filling Stations in her line of duty, she then asked for a part-time job as a Human Resources Officer(HR) saying, she was facing financial challenges and wanted to boost her income.

Masuku, a daughter to Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Themba Nhlanganiso Masuku is also an experienced Human Resources expert,having worked for the Times of eSwatini before being employed as the then Registrar of the High Court allegedly, through the connections of her father, who is a Shiselweni home-boy friend to Chief Justice(CJ) Bheki Maphalala.

It has been disclosed that, after securing the part-time job, the Registrar of the Supreme Court is alleged to have started dating the Engene Filling Stations owner and subsequently, she allegedly used her judicial powers to speed-up the process of divorce.

Zethu Nhleko-Nyoni, the wife to the businessman who allegedly helped or contributed to the growth of Filling Stations and other businesses owned by Nyoni, allegedly cried hysterically in court during proceedings, the matter was before Judge Titus Mlangeni.

Subsequently, the Supreme Court Deputy Registrar, allegedly abused her powers again, she quickly grabbed the file from the Judges Chambers to prevent it from being accessed by journalists.

A questionnaire was sent to both businessman Mduduzi Nyoni and the Supreme Court Deputy Registrar, however, Siphiwo Masuku, the senior judicial officer joined the ‘fast-lane’ and avoided questions from this publication.

Even the Engene Filling Station owner had not responded at the time of compiling this report.

It has been disclosed that, after the finalization of the divorce, the Supreme Court Deputy Registrar quickly married the businessman, arrangements.

Efforts to seek a comment from Zethu Nhleko-Nyoni proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.

Masuku previously used similar tactics when marrying the then prominent lawyer, now Advocate Mduduzi Mabila,she dated the lawyer while serving articles at Mabila Attorneys and subsequently dumped him after the Advocate started experiencing financial challenges.

The Supreme Court Registrar then recorded an audio of her conversation with Mabila and humiliated him on social media platforms shortly after dumping him.

In the audio, Masuku was telling the Advocate that, she was seizing or taking over their home, as per Swazi Law and Custom.

“As you know, in terms of Swazi Law and Custom, that home now belong to me, you must move-out," said the Supreme Court Registrar in the audio shortly after dumping the Advocate.

Weddings pictures in possession of this Swaziland News suggest that, Masuku is now married to the Engine Filling Station owner after successfully destroying the marriage of Zethu Nhleko, in the process, she allegedly abused her judicial powers for personal gain.

It has been revealed that a traditional ceremony(Bayeni) for the Supreme Court Deputy Registrar and the businessman is being arranged.

The event will be held on or around the 8th September 2023 at the Shiselweni home of Deputy Prime Minister(DPM) Themba Masuku, the father to the Supreme Court Deputy Registrar.
