LOZITHA: King Mswati has received a letter of credence from the Ambassador of Japan to Eswatini, His Excellency Ushio Shigeru.
According to Government online platforms, the King further received another letter of credence from Indian High Commissioner to Eswatini His Excellency Ram Prasad at Lozitha Palace on Thursday.
“Japan has assisted Eswatini in a number of crucial areas and I strongly believe our relationship will continue to grow. I hope you will invite Japanese tourists and business people to come and explore opportunities in the Kingdom,” he said.
The King further applauded India for its support in Agriculture, Information, Communication and Technology(ICT) and Health towards emaSwati.
“The invaluable support offered by India during the COVID-19 era did not go unnoticed. We therefore commit to assist India in its multilateral aspirations,” said the King.
