MBABANE: Mabulala Maseko, the Minister of Public Service has come-out to clarify that, the approved four-percent(4%) Cost of Living Adjustment(COLA), will benefit all civil servants.
The Minister was speaking during a press conference held in Mbabane on Friday subsequent to an article published by the Times of eSwatini, where it was alleged that, members of the security forces and other non-unionized civil servants might not receive COLA.
“The collective agreement signed with the Public Sector Unions (PSUs) on 23 August 2023 applies to all public servants, and not only to unionised employees“, said the Minister.
