SIYALIPHUMA:Ludzidzini Tibutseki sell expired Sibaya breads ‘left overs’ at Mashibhini Lobamba.

LOBAMBA:Sibaya expired bread ‘left overs’ were sold to members of the public on at Mashibhini-Lobamba on Wednesday morning.

The expired bread from the Eswatini United Bakeries(SUB) were ‘left overs’ of the recently held Sibaya gathering, they were distributed to Tibutseki(warriors) at Ludzidzini Palace who then sold it at R5.00 each.

Efforts to reach Ludzidzini Indvuna Themba Ginindza proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report.

Reached for comments on Wednesday,Mayibongwe Masangwane,the Secretary General of the Swaziland Democratic Nurses Union(SWADNU) warned against the consumption of expired food.

“Expired food becomes poisonous and might result to unnecessary hospital admissions amid the shortage of drugs in public hospitals.Sikhwa nje kuhle kuphiswa tjwala ngaso, loko kusho kutsi once sa-expire it then ferment,sibese sakha tintfo letingadzingeki emtimbeni letingu poison”, said the SWADNU Secretary General.

On another note,Sibaya was dissolved by King Mswati on Friday afternoon,he then appointed Russell Mmiso Dlamini as the Prime Minister(PM).
