The over R200million tender to construct houses for Members of Parliament(MPs) disguised as a Private Public Partnership(PPA) between African Alliance Eswatini and Parliament is actually a white collar crime designed by King Mswati and his Financial Advisor Sthofeni Ginindza to steal public funds amid shortage of drugs in public hospitals.
African Alliance Partner Sthofeni Ginindza and the Parliament Administrators that include Clerk to Parliament Benedict Xaba must explain in detail, what the Nation stands to benefit by building houses or a Village for MPs and if there was a transparent process before the awarding of the ‘tender’.
It is now clear that,African Alliance is being used by King Mswati as a conduit to loot more public funds and this project to construct houses for MPs will remain a subject of public scrutiny as long the King’s Government continues to demonstrates reluctance in providing drugs in public hospitals.
We have been telling this Government and the King that people are dying in hospitals but, instead of addressing the health crisis, we are seeing the implementation of projects that have nothing to do with the development of people's lives except to benefit Mswati and his loyal servants.
MPs were elected by the people and they must reside in their various communities or Chiefdoms, travel through the damaged roads so that, they can experience the plight of the over seven hundred thousand(700 000) emaSwati who are living or languishing in poverty.
It is very surprising that, while government is struggling to provide drugs in public hospitals, pay scholarships for University students and further provide working equipment in schools among others, Mswati and his Financial Advisor are plotting to steal taxpayers money.
As mentioned, this project seeking to construct houses for MPs is just a conduit to steal public funds while we watch.
All MPs own houses or homes, how can we ignore a sensitive issue of a health crisis and went on to construct houses for old men and women while patients continue to die in hospitals?.
Mswati could have blinded us if he came-up with a project to construct houses for the elderly in the rural areas, civil servants including the police, fire officers, nurses, teachers and steal part of the money in the process.
We wouldn’t have noticed or raise eyebrows because these are civil servants providing services to the people, politicians by their nature, are thieves and can't build houses for political thieves.
What is the significance of building houses for MPs who are earning over fifty thousand Rands(R50,000.00) including sitting and car allowances?.
The above mentioned amount excludes the monies MPs generate when businesspeople lobby them to move motions or debate certain laws to protect their business interests.
This tendency of stealing public funds even at the time when many emaSwati are struggling to afford a decent meal is bringing this country closer to another political unrest, it's dangerous to have a large percentage of the population living in poverty while a few enjoy a lavish lifestyle.
One day the poor emaSwati who are being neglected will have absolutely nothing to eat except to 'consume' the rich, inequality undermines political stability.
Even businesspeople are now struggling in this country because Mswati and his friends are grabbing everything, through African Alliance, the King opted to venture into the retail business by buying Pick&Pay stores and now, a new construction project has emerged.
When an employed Liswati receives a salary,he/she pays tax known as Pay as Earn(PAYE) for the benefit of Mswati.
A few hours later, that Liswati will visit Pick& Pay to buy a grocery and pay Value Added Tax(VAT) both the VAT, PAYE and the money for the grocery at Pick& Pay goes to King Mswati.
With a few remaining coins after buying the grocery, the Liswati might opt to visit Kentucky Fried Chicken(KFC) to buy StreetWise Two(2) with chips, that money goes to Mswati through African Alliance Eswatini.
After grabbing almost everything from the pockets of emaSwati through the strategic businesses, Mswati and his Financial Advisor Sthofeni Ginindza now want to steal over R200million disguised as a construction project for MPs houses.
Shame on you!!! Your Majesty.

OPINION:Mswati and his Financial Advisor Sthofeni Ginindza must stop stealing R200million public funds,MPs must reside in communities with the people who voted for them.
